This books definitely allows for the possibility of some great philosophical conversations. Except for the middle where I felt it slowed down a bit, I found it very easy to read. The most "chewy" part to me was how whether Ursula was meant to get it "right" in the end (I won't mention the scenario because of spoilers). It seems as if she is headed for a nirvana of some sort because of the "feelings" she gets as the book progresses, but that doesn't seem to be the case at the end. Definitely a book that causes a great deal of reflection at the end.
