Liss MacCrimmon just can't stop herself from getting involved when two women die at a cozy/mystery convention. Of course, SHE knows better than the police...
I have read the other books in this series. They're not at the top of my list, but I've eventually found my way to all of them.
There isn't anything remotely Scots about this book.
I think just about everyone in this book is a little too ... much. Liss is too meddlesome. The blogger is too mean to be believable. They're all just a little overdone, in my opinion. There are too many exclamation points! And there were too many characters bouncing around to keep straight.
It's an okay read, but not a keeper.
