4.5 stars. Sweet, low key, charming as hell, and great spice. I love romances that focus on internal conflict rather than some big phony external thing that no one really cares about and only exists to throw a wrench in and doesn’t actually fit the story or characters. Thankfully Hall avoids all of that.
