The twist(s) in this book were actually hidden very well and it was pleasing to discover information WITH Temperance rather than 4 chapters before her. The back of the book doesn't seem out of the ordinary but I've got to give a big pretty TRIGGER WARNING for this book. Most of it is a plot twist so I won't say what it is but it's pretty disturbing. I wouldn't have read this if I knew the turn it was going to take.
