I know, technically I'm almost done with this, but mostly I've been bored and have no desire to pick it up and see it through.  It had its good moments like the crew of Pequod and Captain Ahab's mission and obsession to get revenge was fascinating, but I wish we had gotten a little more of Ahab.  Like maybe some brief moments of Ishmael interacting with observing Ahab.  Yes, it's impressive  the knowledge Melville put into his book and I appreciate his passion, but I couldn't appreciate.  I had thought I could, but it proved too much.  If you love it that's fine, but I won't be changing my mind on it.
