This book is informative, but VERY repetitive.
I took notes and found myself constantly writing the same thing over and over again, just told in a slightly different way.
Perhaps this was part of the technique, to help you remember, but it was a little much after a while.

Having said that, there was a lot of information that a lot of people would probably find helpful.
