this ended up being way more emotional than I thought it would be, but in like a good way (at least for me, personally). 
i do however feel like the pacing of the romance was a bit off. went from 'I don't ever want a relationship' to 'let's date' to 'I love you' a little bit too fast. and we do find out why the H didn't want to be in a relationship later on but I still feel like there was some development missing. maybe that's why I also couldn't really connect with the characters, especially the H, even though it's written in dual pov.
