Listen, I loved being in this world again & it really felt like episodes of the show on paper but a couple things irked me. First of all, the sweetie & oogie stuff was unbearably cringe & felt very out of character, I know Aang & Katara are a new couple but it felt wrong. Also, this largely felt like colonial propaganda?? Maybe I’m just lacking nuance in my read of this but it did not sit entirely right with me .
