I love reading Ali Wentworth's essays - it's like reading letters from a friend. She's relatable, funny and insightful (without being overly wordy or taking herself too seriously). This book made me relive and rethink my own COVID lockdown experience with my family, and much to my surprise, there were many smiles that came from a scary and unsure time. I weirdly treasure that time I spent alone with my kids and husband, which I think I already knew on some level - but this book helped me actively realize it. There is beauty to be found in chaos.
