Challenge by Amy Daws
5.0
Challenge by Amy Daws was my first soccer, or shall I saw football sports romance. It most certainly won't be my last. Amy Daws style of writing was fun, flirty, and sucks you into the story. Will M. Watt, Charlotte Cole, and Martin Foster narrate this audio in duet style!
Amy Daws' Harris Brothers world is amazing! I love that she has created a strong family of soccer brothers (and sister) that have a loyal bond to each other. Series that revolve around a family are always so much fun. Camden is an arrogant footballer who has his life all figured it out until an injury has him in the hospital. Indie is a kick ass young doctor who has let her education be her passion for so long. When these two connect, there is instant chemistry, and I adored every bit of their love story.
Will M. Watt and Charlotte Cole were new to me narrators. I enjoyed every bit of their performance. Charlotte did an excellent job with Indie's innocence, but at the same time conveyed her strength and confidence as the story progressed. I loved her little giggles at herself. Will M. Watt delivered a cocky Camden perfectly and I loved how he portrayed all the obstacles Camden had to overcome throughout the book. Martin Foster delivered his lines seamlessly. This whole duet narration was amazing!
I am looking forward to listening/ reading more in this Harris Brothers series!
