Absolute garbage. Everything you would imagine how a Hollywood action movie about werewolves would be like. My problem is all the inaccuracies of this book (if you're going to write a book about dogs/wolves, DO YOUR RESEARCH, dominance/pack order/alpha has all been disprove so if you're trying to write a fiction about werewolves, at least TRY to make it plausible. Shelters that don't spay? My ass. Radar* that shows orange dots but dots disappear after dogs being shot? REALLY? That's now how Radar works, and if they're using infer-red, those orange dots would still be there even after the dogs were shot (as bodies would still be warm) - furthermore, bodies on infer-red scans, especially with extreme heat such as those dogs running around, would appear a dark red to purple colour).

*RADARS do not pick up live animals, sometimes a Radar can detect a giant prey bird in an airport/field, but this is not what Radar does. Radars detect solid non-living metalic objects, such as airplanes, vehicles, even weather!
There have been some special radar-like technology which focuses on finding objects with a high water reading (for animals/humans), but due to the nature of how a radar works, it won't detect them exactly, it might just appear as a weird blob on a radar, either way, such a detection system would have significant problem making out ALL those dogs, and humans on the field, and they certainly wouldn't be different colours!!

This book is also aimed for teens/young adults and is an 'alternative to Twilight series', and I think it's only that with some adult language here and some sex scenes there, and lots of gore. Cue me rolling my eyes.

Because this book is also written in free-verse, all the characters are flat and just generic action-hero types from any Hollywood action movie. Not enough time to focus on any of the characters, really. Just so flat. Plot was standard action-packed. Lots of times where I was so bored and disinterested, I kept telling myself that I should just stop and not bother reading the rest.
Utter fucking garbage.
