Lindy West is pretty witty and really good at getting her point across.
 

Impressions While Reading: 

I’m laughing really loud. I hope I’m not scaring my cat.

Lindy West’s narration makes the book 100x better. Her ability to twist a word just so is a gift.
 

Final Impressions: 

Lindy West is a strong storyteller who is not afraid to approach topics that many strays from, such as weight, and abortion. I enjoyed listening to her speak about standing up to comics who make light of rape. She did so gracefully and I think many of our politicians could take a page out of her book. Shrill is a book I found myself getting lost in and startling small animals. Shrill is as moving as it is humorous, definitely, a must-listen.
