Initially I rated this as 4 stars but on further reflection I dropped down because I found that even though I read it only a couple weeks ago, I can't really remember it very well so the story did not really stick with me. The story was a lot sadder than I was anticipating. The ending was bittersweet but I just was looking for something not quite as depressing.
