I like this sort of thing, and I like Gretchen Rubin's voice. She's methodical and seems like someone I'd get along with. Of course, it can be a little trying to read about someone's attempts to make a happier life when that person has good health, a happy marriage, charming healthy children, plenty of money, and an apartment in Manhattan. But if you can get past that, there's plenty of good stuff to think about here.
