I liked this book a lot, but I don't know what to say about it. I went into Piranesi blind, which I'd say was the best way to start it. It helped me to predict the twist but not really be for sure about it till it happened, causing a fair deal of surprise.
But also, I just really enjoyed this book. I don't care for fantasy too much anymore; this book brought back some of my hope for the fantasy genre.
Overall, I loved this book. Loved the prose, loved the characters (and hated a few), loved the concept, loved the plot, loved all of it. I would recommend.
