Rylan needs a PA to keep his life and most importantly his dogs' lives in order while he is home during the baseball preseason. Beth is trying to move past the worst day of her career and needs a fresh new start. Atlas the great Dane, just needs treats.
I do love a good story around baseball; especially this time of year. This was an easy read, nothing earth shattering and lots of feel good moments. For once the conflict was not so horrendous that it drove the couple apart - they were able to work through it and move on to their HEA.
I myself do not have pets but I just loved how these dogs were such a big part of the story.
This is definitely a part of a series but it was a perfect stand alone too. I am so glad I listened to my friend Pat and got this read.
