Definitely not what I was expecting. The story of John and Quintana is truly sad, but the order of the events (as it is not chronological) is confusing and there are too many medical concepts I do not understand. I get this is not a medical essay but a glossary would have fitted perfectly. For those of us who don’t know anything about it.
