I've read fantasy romance in the past but it honestly was just not my thing.  This book is EVERYTHING. I would give it a hundred stars if I could. Magic, intrigue, suspense, romance, mythical worlds, and creatures you can't fathom make up the essence of this book and it is SO worth reading. I've read all of Callie's books and loved every one. Every time I read one I think "THIS... THIS is it". I could not love a book more but I'm always amazed. This novel will get into your veins and slither around till it's all you can think about. My only disappointment is that I can't read it again for the first time. I'm officially ruined.
