This was really good; this is his second novel, and I think he grew a lot as an author (not that 'The 7 1/2 Deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle' was bad necessarily - I'm meaning to say it's noticeable that he has better control over his writing abilities now). The ending wasn't my cup of tea, I found it somewhat kitschy, but that's a personal thing - but if kitschy endings aren't your thing either, be warned; I still think it's worth reading the book despite of it though, because Turton is very talented in writing storys with a lot of connected storylines and watching them all come together is really fun.
