Like other TJ KLUNE books, this one was a hug in a story. It balances serious contemplation about life death and meaning with humor and sweet moments. Every main character is loveable and realistically human. The world is enjoyable to imagine and easy get sucked into.  I only rated it down a half point for
not exploring the Manager character in relation to the Universe
