Oblivion by Anthony Horowitz

5.0

I waited quite a while to read the final part to this series, but wow it was worth it. The story unfolded brilliantly and everything seemed to fall into place slowly but surely. There was enough action throughout to keep me interested in all 5 gatekeepers and the other additional characters. I liked the new character Holly, although I did feel like she could have been better developed, I would have liked to know more of her back story and what she remembered about past events, there was some detail but I found myself wanting more, which could be seen as a good thing because it means she was an interesting character.

The ending was heartbreaking but perfect and I don't think I could have asked for more.
