I’m sorry but DNF 75%. I adored books 1&2 of the series. You got to see Deepak and Veera as side characters and see their friendship, chemistry, tension, etc. they feel completely different in book 3, their own love story. I just reached the part of the story where Veera’s sister believes their DAD, who has been so toxic to them, over her sister. She also is clearly coming back to interview for this CEO spot and the Dad is so manipulative and I can’t. I’m just done. This book and her recent NA book are making me question if I like her writing. (Sorry for ranting, I’m just so disappointed).
