I was dignosed as a Type 1 diabetic in Nov of 2020. I was very luncky to have an extended honeymoon period and was able to forgo insulin till nov 2021. In nov 2021 I started using a fast acting insulin to cover my meals, but it wasnt till Feb 2022 that I started using a fast acting insulin.
This book has been super helpful in explaining the basics and gives many details for many different needs. This is a book ill probably pick up several times as I go through the process of living with Type 1 diabetes.
