Believers: Making a Life at the End of the World by Lisa Wells

challenging dark emotional hopeful informative inspiring reflective slow-paced

5.0

An exceptional book, both in the deeply reflective memoir sections, and in the sections where Wells reports on various people and movements involved in addressing the climate crisis.  She offers scenes of hopeful success set against the grim backdrop seemingly inevitable disaster to come.  Elegant, evocative writing.
