I love the Leighton U boys. But Phoenix and Holden are my favorite.

I’m a sucker for enemies to lovers, we know this. But add a forbidden edge and a ‘fu*k it’ moment and it’s so much sweeter.

Phoenix and Holden have a one night only before summer break except Holden doesn’t remember that. Fast track to fall and Phoenix’s bestie wants a piece of Holden all for himself. Nix gets stuck between hating Holden and wanting what’s best for his bestie, which then turns into wanting Holden for himself.

This book really puts you through it a bit. You want to hate Holden, just a smidge. And honestly  part of me wanted to hate Kason, Nix’s bestie. I just did. How dare he get in the way of true love. But Nix. You kind of dig your own grave buddy. But Phoenix and Holdens chemistry is absolutely undeniable, even when they hate each other.

Which obviously leads to some amazing s*x. Like top tier. The Jersey scene. I’m going to think about that for a long time. And the shower. But I digress. It’s good. Really good.
