The Nature of Oaks: The Rich Ecology of Our Most Essential Native Trees by Douglas W. Tallamy

5.0

Wowza! So much to learn about oak trees and their place in our ecosystems. Blue Jays load up on acorns, up to 5 at a time in their crop, and fly them to hideyholes and bury them. Effectively planting them far and wide. Oaks support more life than any other plant species. Plant natives to support wildlife!!!
Loved this book❤️
