OK, Ian is officially the oldest MMC I've read (immortal excluded) π And still he is π₯ With all his tattoos, his beard, and all the muscles π₯΅He is definitely quite a character, too.
Yes, Nicole is married. BUT she is NOT cheating on her husband. Her husband is an idiot. He wants an open marriage. No, that doesn't make him an idiot, but he doesn't want to include Nicole in whatever he will do. So he just wants to f around and wants a free pass for it. So, with that, sure, she can do it, too π
One thing I love about Sophie's books is that she always puts something "political" in them. She already had book banning in one, but with Nicole being a bookstore owner, it had to be book-related too again π And it was a "Drag Queen Story Hour" π©· Of course, for kids. I love it. Honestly, kids love to dress up, so drag queens are just perfect for kids. No, they don't bite. No, they don't turn kids into anything. And no, they are not ped0ph!Ies!!! Nobody cared about clowns, but drag queens are bad??? π The son of an acquaintance is a drag queen. Unfortunately, I never met him in person, but I still like what I see of him on social media.
OK, I again drifted away from a "typical" review, but I still don't care π That's how my reviews are.
I'm now trying to be patient while I wait for the next book in this series π€©
And I hope there will be books about Ian's "kids", too soon π€They are in their 20s already π
