I picked this up immediately after finishing the first book.

John Charming is back, and this time he's gotten into a whole new mess with the Knights Templar (who still want him dead) and a large werewolf pack who may or may not also want him dead.

I liked this book as much as the first. I have to say, early on in the book that the narrator's choice of insults is, erm, creative to say the least. The same great humor and character that marked the first book continue in this sequel.

Satisfying wrap-up to the major conflict of the story. Plenty of threads left open for the next book. Continued character growth and progression (which is important). Oh, a sweet, hopeful note at the end for those of us who like that sort of thing. Win-win.

Now on to book 3.
