Well it's certainly a book that was written and published. Maybe it's too smart for me, but I was confused sometimes while reading because of the 1920s lingo. I didnt't know what was going on between the characters sometimes until I read the plot summaries (again, because of the dialogue at times.) It's alright book overall, though! There are parts that I enjoyed like the fight between Cohn and Mike and the bullfighting scenes.
Graphic: Animal cruelty, Antisemitism
Moderate: Alcoholism
