I really loved this book! I love an accidental pregnancy and with it being a second chance romance too, I really enjoyed the combination of these tropes. And Gus!!! 😍😍😍😍 He is so mature and willing to own up to his own generational trauma and stopping it to be a better man for his family. SWOON OMG!! The only reason this isn’t a 5 star read is because it has one of my least favorite things in romance books when the main character says “It’s not going to work like that. This isn’t a romance novel” 😒😒 Like, yes it is. It immediately sucks me out of the story and I HATE IT!! Other than that, LOVED this book.
