The Hunting Wives by May Cobb

2.0

If I never read another Mean Girls meets Stepford Wives, it will be too soon. This read very similarly to The Wife Upstairs, in that you know there’s something so deeply sinister hiding behind the perfectly curled hair and painted nails of the women in the community, yet you find yourself intrigued by them all. Maybe it’s my own sick fascination with what we as individuals hide, and are capable of covering up, but this was a cheap retelling of an already overdone plot.
