This was a really interesting story and an awesome idea for a book, the final product just didn't quite live up to the awesomeness of the idea in my opinion. I feel like both the racial and gender issues that could've been really enlightening were played down or glossed over, and of course I have no idea what 'm talking about, I just don't want to discount anyone's experience, given that this is based on a real group of women who had t suffer through probably a lot more hate than the book details. But a Wonderfull concept and a fresh perspective, something we all need to think about more.
