This was a blind date with a book from the library and it happened to be on my tbr for a while. It took a bit for me to get into this book. There's a lot of weird choices in the beginning when it came to the timeline for the story. It felt like the front end was ramshackle and out of order for no real reason other than, what I thought, might be lack of confidence for the mystery involved.
It does have pretty explicit sex scenes so if you're not into that don't. They happen maybe...four times (and a half if you want to count the plane scene) but if you are they are generally well written. I put generally only because the last one legit made me laugh AND my husband caught me making faces 🥴😳🫣ðŸ¤
I did end up overall enjoying it. It was fun and the relationship was cute...despite the stereotypical climactic "break up" 🙄
