This is my third reread of King of Attolia as my reading group is doing the whole series (One book per month). Every reread makes me appreciate Gen more and I think it pays to revisit the series as hindsight gives the reader a greater understanding of Gen’s as well as the other characters’ ways of thinking and motivations.
