This book is fun to read and the layout is easy to navigate. The information is really helpful, especially the troubleshooting and the photos of what it should look like at the various stages. The recipes are very tempting and cover a wide range of ideas and types of bread. I also like that she includes extra recipes to use up the normally discarded extra starter.
