This was a super fun and steamy second chance, dual POV, brother's best friend/firefighter romance between high school sweet hearts who had an epic break up that nearly ruined the two men's friendship.
The plot of this book was so fun! Sam needs Piper's mom's endorsement for his campaign to be the town's newest mayor and Piper needs a partner to land a big audiobook deal. Sparks fly as these two fight the chemistry that never died and they figure out if maybe there could be something between them again.
I was sooooo happy this book finally came out on audio so I could listen to the characters as they team up to narrate a steamy romance audiobook. The narration by Zura Johnson & Edward Black was excellent and worth the wait!
Steamy and full of small town charm, big family drama and a lot of laughs, this was a great debut book and I can't wait for her next one coming out in May!
