I really enjoyed this story. Dok-go is the central character in all of the other characters stories. I enjoyed seeing it from everyone's perspective then his at the end. The book shows the difference a little kindness and understanding makes. Not just to one person, but sometimes it can have a ripple effect.

I liked that the ending wasn't a perfect finish. Some parts were left unspoken and unfinished. To me it closed off the story perfectly as all characters started a new chapter in their lives.
