A collection of 3 short stories.
With most shorts stories I sometimes find that you are left wanting more but with these, because the character building has been done in the previous 'Washington Poe' series then you don't mind that it goes straight into the drama. It's like reading 3 mini cases.
As always with @m.w.craven, his writing is incredible, descriptions on point. And still with that banter between Poe and Bradshaw.
A nice filler/break in between his full-length novels
