i think my favorite book i’ve read this year? i actually felt like i was going to throw up reading the last 25 pages. have not felt this emotionally moved by a book in a long time - tears in eyes on subway on multiple occasions. i can’t believe this was on my shelf for SO LONG. i have so many thoughts im still reeling from the end - the writing is so stunning and actually jaw dropping at points. paced perfectly. so much happens but i never once was confused about characters and cared about every one. i want to reread immediately but also never think about it again? i think it real close to home in a scary way
