I've known for most of my adult life that Jimmy Carter is a wonderful, kind, giving man, but this book made me realize that even more so. I knew very little about his presidency and the decisions he made, and it's unfortunate that the events of the day overshadowed so much of the positive that he did.
Beyond his presidency, he has had, as the title of the book says, a very full life. Incredible.
