Out May 9, 2023 [Thank you so much to Ali Brady for creating the Sisterhood of the Traveling ARC!]

Rating: 4/5 stars

Sisters Hannah and Libby are struggling to keep their grandmother’s PR firm afloat when they get the opportunity to earn the business of a major client—if they can impress her by participating in a 12-week challenge to “Crush their Comfort Zones.” But the challenge gets complicated when Hannah’s ex comes back to town, Libby develops feelings for someone she’s trying to set her sister up with, and buried secrets come to light.

I loved The Beach Trap last year, and Ali Brady have once again created a super fun dual romance centered on sisterhood and the relationships between women, while still giving us adorable book boyfriends and some spicy scenes! The premise of this was one I don’t think I’ve encountered before, and while it took me a few minutes to get into (self-help challenges aren’t really my thing), the characters and their journeys really sucked me in and I was rooting for them *so* hard by the end!

I will say that I was a bit angry at one of the sisters (I won’t be saying which one but feel free to guess if you’ve read this!) and that never really went away…but the beauty of the writing here is that I fully understood and even empathized with her decision making even while it upset me.

Truly, I’ll read anything Ali Brady (or Ali or Bradeigh) come out with, and I can’t wait for everyone to have the chance to pick this one up!

Recommended to anyone, but especially if you like: sister stories; dual romances; finding your purpose

CW: Discussions of mental illness/mental health; fatphobia (internalized and external); mentions of terminal illness
