Once again, Holly Jackson did not disappoint! I was so hooked by the mystery presented, and even though I was right about a few key elements to the mystery, nothing could prepare me for the last few chapters. I found myself holding on to my kindle, anxious for what was about to happen — much like how it was while i was reading As Good as Dead.

Bel's relationship with Rachel was so interesting to read about. I understand how Bel might annoy some people and be considered an irritating and unpleasant character, but for me it was exactly what made her interesting and easy to emphasize with. Her struggles made her who she is, and it's because of who she is that Bel was able to figure out the truth behind what really happened to her mother.

Holly Jackson said in the acknowledgments that this was the best book that she's written, and I might just have to agree with her on that.
