It was enjoyable to go back to Beechwood for another summer, but the book was just fine. I felt like the twist was forced. It was easy to know what was going on or going to happen but then I have to remind myself this is a book for teens, not adults. In We Were Liars the twist came naturally woven into the story and this was just felt staged instead of seemless. Overall though I enjoyed reading it.
