Bound by Duty by Cora Reilly

I really enjoyed this book. It wasn’t the usual arranged marriage as they were older and had both been married before. Dante is still grieving his wife and Valentina has a secret which I was dying to find out.
Valentina is a very strong heroine and she knows what she wants. I love that she got to work in Dante’s casino, as usually in the mafia world women aren’t allowed to work.
Dante is so cold and closed off to Valentina and it’s hard to see how he really feels. I really felt for Valentina throughout the book because she just wanted to make the marriage work between them but Dante was so emotionless. Though by the end you can see that he does love her, even though he doesn’t say it. I am so happy they got their HEA. I loved the ending!
