The Way of Kings by Brandon Sanderson

Started this last year and finally finished this mammoth book. I liked this much more than Mistborn, the only other Sanderson series I've read. The world of the novel is immersive and massive, with so much to sink into, and I loved diving into it. I also enjoyed the mystery at the core of the novel. Revelations in the last 10% were climatic and felt urgent. The cast of characters was also varied enough that I felt like I was getting a good glimpse at various perspectives of society.

However, I do feel the length was a bit much
