laura_mcloughlin 's review for:
The Poison Jungle
by Tui T. Sutherland
Well, we started reading these books almost 11 months ago and have caught up. Now we have to wait until MARCH for the next book. Sigh. This being the middle book of the 3rd arc it does not end in a happy place. Things are bad, very, very bad for the dragons of Pantala (and probably soon for the dragons of Pyrria).
This book also has the first LGBTQ+ protagonist (there are LGBTQ+ secondary characters in other books). One of the great things about this is that it was presented in actually the same way as the other protagonists. There was no angst about Sundew being in a same-sex relationship and Willow is wonderful.
