This book needs some serious editing. Multiple times there are three repetitive sentences when one would have been sufficient. I got so tired of hearing the phrase "the group of friends." It felt like every trope and cliche was used but the book wasn't self-aware so it made the story unbearably ridiculous instead of enjoyable. The epilogue was pointless. It added nothing.
