sicaurigus 's review for:
Peter Pan
by J.M. Barrie
This little classic is simply charming. It’s no wonder that children and adults alike love it, as it handles the story in a way that gives dignity to the child protagonists while also acknowledging how very, well, childish they are.
Barrie explores what it really means to *live* with humor, warmth, and cleverness. A lovely read for the whole family.
(Of course, there are some severely outdated ideas and language about indigenous peoples that is inarguably offensive, and I only say that the book is good aside from that.)
