I didn't enjoy this quite as much as House of Hollow, but still a really good read!
I would definitely say this is older YA - there's a lot of gore, as well as depictions of assault/murders of women in the name of 'cleansing their souls'. I liked the themes and seeing the girls taking the power back for themselves, and the magic system was unique!
I just wasn't quite as taken in by the reveals at the end, and it felt like there were a lot of points in the book where things were conveniently solved by Jude having pretty much infinite money.
Overall though I think this was great and would definitely read more from Sutherland in the future!
