A very interesting and quick read.
The Prologue is great and makes you think it is Millie speaking, but then you realize it is Nina. It is twisty and unexpected. I felt some tugs regarding mental health, and that can definitely be an issue for some, and I obviously felt sympathy for Nina in the end. One thing that either I did not realize or was a huge editing mistake, but how did Millie actually get trapped in the attic if Nina gave her the key? Plus, even if Nina hadn't given her the key, it is referenced that a key AND the pepper spray were hidden (by Nina) in the dresser for Millie to use. So why did she not use that earlier? I loved the karma that came for Andrew, but I definitely had my stomach turning at the final description. I appreciated the *"and cut scene"* of the bedroom parts. I felt like it made the book more respectable.
